Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain a box truck (24-26 ft) for local/regional freight delivery
- Manage route optimization and delivery scheduling through our digital platform
- Handle freight documentation and ensure timely POD (Proof of Delivery) collection
- Maintain vehicle compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards
- Build client relationships through professional on-time service delivery
- Utilize remote dispatch tools to maximize daily efficiency and revenue
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Owned box truck (24-26 ft) in excellent mechanical condition
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- DOT medical certification and current business insurance
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation and digital dispatch apps
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
