Responsibilities
- Safely operate personal box truck for local/regional freight delivery
- Optimize routes for on-time performance using provided navigation tools
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions

Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean MVR (3+ years driving history)
- Minimum 1 year box truck/straight truck experience
- Reliable 22-26ft box truck in DOT-compliant condition
- Smartphone with reliable data connectivity for dispatch apps
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly during loading/unloading
- Strong knowledge of Toledo metro and Ohio regional routes
- Proof of commercial insurance ($1M liability minimum)
