Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (26-48ft) for local/regional routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and minor maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route optimization
- Ensure on-time delivery of freight in pristine condition
- Uphold strict safety protocols and DOT compliance
- Communicate effectively with clients and warehouse teams
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year box truck experience
- Current DOT medical certification
- Reliable box truck (2015+ model) with valid registration
- Smartphone with GPS and data capability
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong customer service orientation
