Job Overview
As a Delivery Driver for Amazon DSP, you will be responsible for transporting packages to customers, maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency, and representing the Amazon brand positively within the community.
Responsibilities
- Transport and deliver packages to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle efficiently.
- Obtain electronic signatures upon delivery to confirm receipt.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Interact professionally and politely with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow the designated route to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License required.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic English reading and writing skills for communicating with customers.
- Reliable access to a reliable vehicle (if not provided by the company).
