Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks over long distances (OTR) on dedicated routes.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and documentation.
- Deliver freight on time and to exact customer specifications.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delays or issues.
- Uphold strict safety and compliance regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
- One year of verifiable driving experience preferred.
- Willingness to undergo paid training if new to the industry.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to load/unload cargo and perform manual tasks.
