Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers throughout Oakland and surrounding areas while maintaining excellent customer service
- Optimize earnings through strategic route planning and peak-hour availability
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety standards, and operational readiness
- Utilize our proprietary app to efficiently manage ride requests and maximize trip volume
- Participate in driver incentive programs and promotional events
- Submit accurate trip documentation and maintain required compliance records
- Represent RideShare Connect professionally through courteous communication and safe driving practices
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to navigate GPS applications
- Reliable personal vehicle (2010 or newer, 4-door, 5 seats)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and vehicle inspection
- Minimum 25 years of age and proof of auto insurance
- Strong time management and customer service orientation
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic mechanical knowledge for routine vehicle maintenance
