Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain assigned box truck for regional freight deliveries
- Manage route optimization and on-time delivery scheduling
- Coordinate with dispatch team for load assignments and customer communications
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor truck repairs
- Reliable personal box truck (26ft or larger preferred)
