Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers within Fort Wayne city limits
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness/maintenance standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team promptly
- Assist with loading/unloading of packages at warehouse locations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds consistently
- Strong knowledge of Fort Wayne streets and neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation to/from shift locations
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be 18+ years old
