Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely to transport construction materials and debris
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain clean and organized work sites
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading materials using heavy equipment
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
- Complete daily logs and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required (CDL not necessary initially)
- Willingness to obtain CDL-A with company-sponsored training
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to handle outdoor work environment
