Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to customers
- Load/unload packages efficiently while maintaining delivery timelines
- Provide outstanding customer service during delivery interactions
- Use handheld devices for scanning packages and updating delivery status
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any vehicle/service issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift packages up to 70 pounds
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
