Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently onto your vehicle.
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe and timely manner, adhering to strict delivery time windows.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and minor maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
- Complete all required paperwork and digital logs accurately and on time.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and Amazon policies at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a clean driving record.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) for communication with customers.
- Basic computer skills for handling delivery logs and reporting.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
