Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided Class A tractors and trailers on dedicated regional routes
- Load/unload freight with precision using advanced equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and document maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Optimize route efficiency while maintaining on-time delivery schedules
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong familiarity with regional geography and GPS navigation
- Pass DOT physical and background check requirements
