Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on regional routes within Pennsylvania and surrounding states
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure vehicle compliance
- Load/unload freight efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and pickup operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math and communication skills
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including early mornings
- Willingness to complete paid 4-week CDL training program
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- No CDL required – training provided upon hiring
