Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and business addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and package documentation
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure safe operating conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Manage inventory scanning and sorting at the delivery facility
- Communicate delivery status and exceptions to DSP leadership
- Adhere to all Amazon safety protocols and delivery standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone with reliable data for delivery tracking apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic familiarity with GPS navigation systems
