Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of goods across the Denver metropolitan area using your own box truck
- Optimize routes for maximum efficiency using our advanced dispatch system
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each shipment
- Build client relationships through professional communication and service excellence
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to adjust schedules based on personal availability
- Identify and report maintenance needs to minimize downtime
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of box truck or similar commercial vehicle experience
- Proof of personal commercial auto insurance ($1M liability coverage)
- Reliable box truck (24-26 ft) in good mechanical condition
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and basic smartphone technology
- Strong time management skills with ability to self-schedule
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
