Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages along designated routes.
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Obey all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with recipients.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery time windows.
- Report any vehicle issues or delivery exceptions immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class B with Air Brake endorsement is a plus).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable personal transportation to and from the facility.
