Responsibilities
- Deliver packages safely and efficiently to customers in Kansas City and surrounding areas.
- Provide world-class customer service with a smile and a positive attitude.
- Utilize handheld devices to manage delivery schedules and route planning remotely.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of your delivery vehicle at all times.
- Inspect packages for damage before and after delivery.
- Handle returns and customer inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class B with air brakes certification preferred).
- Achieve and maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during your shift.
- Comfortable using mobile technology for route planning and reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to traffic laws.
