Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food items to customers within designated Tampa areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and update tracking systems in real-time
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and functionality
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team promptly
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures at distribution centers
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with Tampa streets and surrounding areas preferred
