Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely on construction sites and public roads
- Load/unload materials (gravel, sand, asphalt) using proper techniques
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Follow strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Coordinate with site supervisors and dispatch teams
- Operate in various weather conditions and terrain
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Knowledge of Tucson area and surrounding regions
- DOT medical certification
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
