Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods to local destinations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures upon completion
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Follow established routes efficiently to meet delivery time windows
- Handle fragile or specialized cargo with proper care and protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for delivery documentation
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Willingness to complete paid training program (2 weeks)
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
