Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated regional routes covering Virginia and surrounding states
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and company safety protocols
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient load management and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and required documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no DUIs, reckless driving, or preventable accidents in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with ELD systems and regional route geography
- Strong communication skills and commitment to safety excellence
- Flexible schedule availability including overnight travel
