Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers throughout New Orleans metropolitan area
- Maintain clean, presentable vehicle with required insurance coverage
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist passengers with luggage
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely pickups/drop-offs
- Complete trips through the GoRide app and maintain trip records
- Adhere to all traffic laws and local transportation regulations
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with at least 1 year of experience
- Reliable vehicle model 2010 or newer with 4 doors
- Smartphone compatible with iOS/Android and reliable internet
- Passionate customer service attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to navigate New Orleans neighborhoods efficiently
- Minimum age 21 with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
