Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks on dedicated routes with consistent weekly schedules
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs promptly
- Load/unload freight efficiently with proper handling techniques
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route conditions and delivery status
- Represent our company professionally through exceptional customer service
- Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience with dedicated route preference
- Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Proficiency in electronic logging devices (ELD) and basic navigation systems
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet delivery deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to undergo background check and motor vehicle record review
