Responsibilities
- Operate box trucks safely and efficiently on assigned routes throughout Southern California
- Manage daily logistics, including loading/unloading, route optimization, and timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all shipments
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Maximize route efficiency to meet delivery deadlines and fuel savings targets
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable box truck or commercial driving experience
- Strong knowledge of Southern California roadways and traffic patterns
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation with professional communication abilities
- Must possess or obtain DOT medical certification
