Responsibilities
- Operate box trucks safely and efficiently across the Southwest region
- Manage route planning and on-time deliveries with minimal supervision
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and clients using our mobile platform
- Optimize fuel efficiency and load security protocols
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck or commercial driving experience
- Proof of commercial insurance ($1M liability minimum)
- Reliable personal box truck (26ft+ preferred)
- DOT medical certification current
- Proficient with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with remote oversight
