Responsibilities
- Transport and deliver goods safely and efficiently across St. Louis metro routes
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for each shipment
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with DOT regulations
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet tight deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service during client interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team for seamless load planning and scheduling
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of box truck driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Reliable box truck (24-26 ft) with current insurance and registration
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Basic understanding of GPS navigation and delivery apps
