Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers using personal or company-provided vehicles
- Maintain 4.8+ rating through exceptional customer service
- Optimize routes using proprietary navigation software
- Complete 40+ weekly trips during peak demand periods
- Adhere to all Fort Worth municipal transportation regulations
- Submit daily trip reports and vehicle condition logs
- Participate in monthly driver training workshops
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean 3-year record
- Minimum 25 years of age
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
