Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL required) for multi-stop freight deliveries
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure proper vehicle maintenance documentation
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while maintaining optimal route efficiency
- Manage loading/unloading operations with forklift certification preferred
- Maintain electronic logging compliance and digital delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Uphold all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Hazmat endorsement (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in variable weather conditions
- Proficient with GPS navigation and electronic logging systems
- Pass DOT physical examination and background check
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Washington State transportation regulations
