Responsibilities
- Operate company-owned tractor-trailers safely and efficiently on dedicated routes
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Optimize routes to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining fuel efficiency
- Represent Premier Transport Solutions with professional conduct at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years OTR driving experience with tanker or flatbed endorsement preferred
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient with electronic logging devices and basic GPS navigation
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and climb trailer ladders
- Willingness to undergo background check and employment verification
