Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses using GPS navigation
- Verify recipient identity and obtain signatures for high-value deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any discrepancies or damages
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional delivery or driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Proficiency with mobile delivery apps and GPS technology
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) with potential weekday flexibility
- Pass background check and drug screening
