Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently on local and regional routes.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts and pallet jacks with precision.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate digital logs (ELD) and all required delivery documentation.
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL (Clean driving record required).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug screen and background check.
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for routine vehicle maintenance checks.
