Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks in a safe and efficient manner to deliver freight on time.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure full compliance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing and weight distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery and logs in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Interact professionally with customers and warehouse personnel to ensure high service standards.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (pass DOT Physical).
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
- Clean driving record with no major violations or DUIs.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
