Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food packages, retail goods, and documents to customers across Portland
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication via our app
- Inspect vehicles before each shift to ensure safe operating conditions
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery windows and optimize route efficiency
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during all interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at distribution hubs
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
- Smartphone with GPS capability and reliable internet access
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and navigate stairs/pedestrian areas
- Strong time management skills and punctuality
- Basic math skills for handling cash tips and receipts
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
