Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to transport goods and materials across designated Phoenix routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and ensure timely arrivals using GPS navigation systems
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques and equipment operation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve inquiries
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize routes and address delivery exceptions
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Commercial Driver's License (Class B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience in commercial vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment safely
- Strong knowledge of Phoenix metropolitan area roadways and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and drug screening per DOT requirements
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy for digital logs and communication systems
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
