At SwiftRoute Delivery, we value our drivers as the backbone of our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest standards of safety on the road.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vans to transport goods to residential and commercial locations.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks, dollies, and proper lifting techniques.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic signatures for proof of delivery.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel, and delivery status.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients during pickups and drop-offs.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class B) or equivalent professional driving experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong knowledge of Denver and the surrounding Colorado area.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
