Responsibilities
- Safely operate 15-passenger vans for client transportation and delivery services
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and maintain meticulous vehicle inspection logs
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse clientele across DC metropolitan area
- Manage efficient route planning to ensure on-time arrivals and deliveries
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle checks and report maintenance needs
- Assist with loading/unloading cargo and inventory management
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients regarding schedules
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience in urban environments
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Washington DC metropolitan roadways
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in various weather conditions
