Responsibilities
- Pick up packages from our distribution centers and deliver them to customers' doorsteps safely and efficiently.
- Utilize the mobile app to navigate routes, update delivery statuses, and capture proof of delivery photos.
- Ensure all packages are handled with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with recipients.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle (car, van, or scooter) suitable for deliveries.
- Smartphone with data connectivity (iOS or Android).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
