Responsibilities
- Safely transport goods and parcels to designated delivery locations across Philadelphia.
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring items are secured properly.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and route deviations.
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve any delivery issues on the spot.
- Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and fueled.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is highly preferred.
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems and smartphone apps.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently.
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job.
