Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans and commercial vehicles to transport goods to and from designated locations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling, securing, and organization of items.
- Plan efficient routes to meet strict delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and accurate delivery records.
- Manage digital logs and paperwork accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at the depot and on the road.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C or Class B Driver's License required.
- Clean driving record (no DUIs or serious moving violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation systems and map reading.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
