Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and goods across designated Boston routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each route
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations and safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and verify inventory accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Communicate delivery status and route updates via mobile systems
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Driver's License with clean record (minimum 3 years)
- Commercial Driver's License (Class B) or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Familiarity with Boston area streets and GPS navigation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work early morning/late evening shifts
