Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for local and regional deliveries while adhering to all traffic laws
- Load/unload cargo with proper lifting techniques and secure equipment for transit
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic tracking systems
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries while fuel efficiency
- Coordinate with dispatch team for schedule adjustments and route changes
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Class B CDL or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong navigation skills with familiarity of Phoenix metro area
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
- Must be 21+ years old with reliable transportation
