Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vans and box trucks for local and regional deliveries.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are secured and protected.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Interact professionally with clients and handle delivery documentation.
- Maintain a clean vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies.
- Report any road hazards or vehicle maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving experience preferred.
- Clean driving record (no serious traffic violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone apps for GPS navigation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
