Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and goods on scheduled routes
- Load/unload cargo efficiently while ensuring proper handling and documentation
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and mileage records
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore area roadways and traffic patterns
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for route navigation and documentation
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
