Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for local deliveries across Oakland
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation systems
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Load/unload packages with proper handling techniques
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C driver's license (minimum 1 year)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Oakland geography
- Experience with delivery apps preferred
