Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans to deliver packages and goods on time
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork for each route
- Load/unload cargo efficiently while ensuring proper handling
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed during downtime
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with Colorado Springs area
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred but not mandatory
- Must be available for flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
