Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for local and regional deliveries in Miami-Dade County
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
- Coordinate with dispatch team for optimal routing and time management
- Provide professional customer service during delivery interactions
- Assist with loading/unloading packages using proper equipment and techniques
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle damage promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Class E Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Familiarity with Miami geography and GPS navigation
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle troubleshooting
