Responsibilities
- Safely transport students to/from school and field trips
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain student discipline and safety protocols
- Adhere to strict route schedules and traffic laws
- Communicate with parents and school administrators
- Complete daily trip logs and maintenance reports
- Assist students with mobility needs if required
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Ability to obtain CDL with passenger endorsement
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Patient and child-friendly demeanor
- Flexible availability for early mornings/afternoons
