Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers throughout Jersey City and surrounding areas
- Maintain a clean, reliable vehicle in excellent condition
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
- Complete trips efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Track earnings and expenses for accurate reporting
- Respond promptly to ride requests and maintain high acceptance rates
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with minimum 2 years of clean driving record
- Smartphone with reliable data plan and latest rideshare app
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Jersey City streets and local landmarks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak demand periods
- Proof of auto insurance meeting state minimum requirements
- Must own or have access to a 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer)
