Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages safely and efficiently onto delivery vehicles.
- Verify packages against delivery manifests and ensure accuracy.
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in all weather conditions and traffic.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers during deliveries.
- Collect payment or obtain signatures for CODs and sensitive deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior.
- Report delivery issues, vehicle maintenance needs, and accidents immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer skills for navigation and logging.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone access for job notifications.
