Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles across designated routes while adhering to DOT regulations
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logbooks
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for efficient delivery scheduling and customer communication
- Ensure cargo security and proper handling during transport
- Participate in ongoing safety training and compliance programs
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance troubleshooting when needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of California and Florida route networks preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Strong communication and time-management skills
